Jason’s Story
Jason spent decades maintaining a facade of success as a business owner while battling a private struggle of addiction and isolation. Driven by fear and a belief that “real men never ask for help,” he pushed away the people he loved most. Despite outward achievements, he felt an emptiness that nothing could fill.
The turning point came when self-reliance finally collapsed and he reached out for help. By embracing vulnerability and seeking a relationship with a Higher Power, Jason began to experience healing that he could not achieve alone. Today, he is committed to restoring his family, living with honesty, and helping others bridge the gap between faith and recovery. His story reflects a simple truth: admitting weakness is often the first step toward real strength.

The Truth Behind Success: A Conversation on Inner Healing
In this inaugural podcast episode, Jason and Oliver talk openly about the experience of using external success to mask private pain. They discuss how substances can function as a temporary “solution” to a deeper disconnection or emptiness, and why professional momentum can make it harder to admit something is wrong. Jason shares a personal turning point that reshaped his direction, and they reflect on the shift that happens when someone moves from isolation and control toward vulnerability and support. This is an encouraging listen for anyone who wants to better understand the emotional roots of addiction… and the meaningful life that can grow on the other side.
